Based on a love of celebrations of all types and a passion for distinctive and fashionable designs, Emily Reno and her gifted team of planners approach each event with a tailored journey and experience for each client. To guarantee that each event receives only the finest level of care and expertise, The Vegas Planners typically accepts a small number of full service clients each year. The Vegas Planners collaborates with the best wedding and event suppliers in an effort to turn your goals and vision into a breathtaking reality. To ensure that your event is flawlessly handled and unique, our planning strategy comprises collaborative meetings with each vendor. There isn't anything that makes me happier than witnessing the weddings I'm a part of come to life. After graduating from college, I made the bold decision to leave my public relations and marketing degree behind and move to Miami, Florida to pursue a career in wedding planning. It didn't take me long to know that I was meant to work in this industry and had fallen in love with it. The best decision I ever made was to move to Las Vegas to launch my company. I now have a wonderful career in which I get to see the creation of love every weekend. I never imagined that, as a self-described "California Girl," I would end up settling in Las Vegas. I suppose you could say I've grown to love Las Vegas because I can't picture living anywhere else now. The best aspect is that I get to interact with individuals from all over the world and work in a city that is constantly exciting and vibrant. I frequently travel to California to see my family and to satisfy my need for sand and sun. Everything I could have ever wanted in a career is included in wedding planning.

- WHAT TYPICALLY HAPPENS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROCESS WHEN SOMEONE CONTACTS YOU?
- As soon as a potential client contacts us via email or phone we of course first congratulate them on their engagement! I try to get to know the couple’s story and make a personal connection before discussing services and pricing.
- WHY DO COUPLES LOVE WORKING WITH YOU?
- Our couples love working with us because they know they can trust us with the biggest day of they life. We understand that weddings are serious but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously. We believe that the wedding planning process should be a fun and enjoyable experience.
- I DON'T LIVE IN LAS VEGAS, CAN WE STILL WORK TOGETHER?
- I love my destination couples! I would actually say about 40% of my couples are either from out of state or out of the country. Some couples I don’t even meet in person until the day before their wedding. The planning process usually begins with a Skype or FaceTime consultation.
- I HAVE A SMALL BUDGET, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
- If you have a smaller wedding budget our wedding day management (aka day of coordination) services may suit you best. Although we try to work with most budgets our clientele averages a budget of $50,000 -$125,000.
- WHAT TYPES OF WEDDINGS DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN?
- We specialize in weddings for couple’s who are looking to have a world class celebration in Las Vegas, Nevada. They are creative and unique. They want the wedding to be a reflection of their style and are not afraid to do something different.
