At a variety of venues, including McCormick Place, Smock has handled fine dining restaurants, sports bars, luxury concessions, and thousands of catering events. Ben launched Toque & Bottle Advisory in 2006 to give Conventions, Restaurants, and Event Planners with specialized food, beverage, and service expertise.
