The company Vail Catering Concepts is owned and run by chefs. Serving fine restaurant-caliber meals at dinner parties, weddings, and other events is what we do best. The goods and components we utilize to create our inventive and delectable food are of the highest caliber. Whenever possible, I prefer to utilize organic, free-range, wild, and all-natural meats and poultry, as well as fresh rather than frozen produce and goods. All of this results in food that tastes great for you. I don't prepare large quantities of food ahead of time and freeze it; your cuisine is made to order. You'll like it the most this way! We want it to be the nicest cuisine you've had since the last time I cooked for you, whether you're having a sit-down dinner, a wedding buffet for 300 people, a corporate reception, an event for 1000 people, or you want me to create a wonderful dinner to drop off at your house! To assist with parties, I have a fantastic crew of sous chefs, as well as a fantastic staff of servers and bartenders, so that once we arrive, everything is taken care of and you can relax.
