The Valenca Restaurant, which first opened its doors in 1989, was the materialization of the owners' long-held dream to provide the traditional Portuguese cuisine and warm hospitality of their homeland to their new home in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The Valenca Restaurant has gone through a number of renovations and additions over the years, and it now has four dining rooms and a function hall that can seat up to 400 customers.
