About Vidr Photography
I'm a lifestyle and elopement photographer based in Durham, NC. I offer photography for events such as engagements, small weddings, and elopements. My style is heavily influenced by photojournalism. I aim to document your moments as they organically unfold. I prefer quietly observing– capturing life as it happens–rather than posing and directing. In addition to event photography, I also offer lifestyle "portrait" sessions for families, couples, and individuals. These sessions capture “the art of the everyday”, and center around an activity or location that is meaningful to the subjects, in order to create lifelong mementos. My goal is that my photos be honest and representative of real life.
