Our first step is to have you complete a comprehensive New Client Questionnaire that captures all of your needs, likes, wants, and priorities after you sign our Service Agreement and make your initial payment to make our connection official. I create a thorough and detailed Planning Timeline that lays out what needs to be done and when so you don't have to worry about whether you're on schedule or not. I also give customized vendor choices based on your needs, with whom we confirm cost and availability ahead of time. You'll also receive a personalised Spending Guideline so you can see how different wedding vendor options and wedding items affect your budget. I connect you with suppliers and assist you with negotiating specifics and a final contract, which I will check for you to ensure it includes everything you need once you've approved our vendor suggestions. Depending on the planning package you choose, I either function as your main point of contact for all decisions and details (Planned & Produced package) or make sure vendors are updated with your final decisions in the month leading up to the wedding (Consult Coordinate & Design). We schedule monthly progress conversations during the planning process so you can keep me up to date on your growing wedding vision and we can make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Whether you have hired us for full planning or just wedding day management, you will be allocated to a team that includes a Production Manager, Production Assistant(s), and a Bridal Attendant. Starting with your production manager, who will be in constant connection with your vendors throughout the week and on the day of your wedding, this winning team ensures that everything runs smoothly. A precise load-in schedule, floor plan, and Production Schedule will be sent to your venue and vendors so that everyone knows where to be and when. Your PM will be on-site for many hours prior to the wedding to troubleshoot any hitches that may arise, leaving you blissfully oblivious of the mechanics behind a gorgeous and seemingly flawless wedding day.
