- What items are included in my event?
- Light grey banquet chairs (indoor), white folding chairs (outdoor), white/sand linens, 24x24 wood dance floor, 10 risers (12x24 or 16x20 Stages), round/rect/square tables (linen-less), cocktail tables, acrylic ware for outdoor (no glass).
- Do you have valet parking?
- A special event rate of $20.00 per car can be charged to the individual or to the master account. Overnight parking charges are $60 per car.
- Can I bring my own decor?
- Your Catering & Conference Service Manager will share 1 Hotel South Beach’s preferred vendors, though outside vendors are welcome. All décor must be approved by your Manager prior to the event.
- Are vendors servicing my event required to provide insurance?
- All vendors must be properly insured and provide a Certificate of Insurance. Certificates must be submitted to your Service Manager at least 7 business days before the event.
- My event is outside, what happens if it rains?
- Outdoor events have indoor backups. Weather calls: noon for evening, 6pm prior for morning/lunch. Events move if rain chance >30%. $2,000 fee applies if moved after deadline; delays may occur. Hotel not responsible for items.
