1705 East Events

Set just beyond downtown Raleigh, Millbrook Manor is a special event and wedding venue housed in a restored Southern home, pairing Southern charm with modern sophistication. An expansive front lawn with a manicured green and a giant oak tree gives way to a mix of smaller and larger indoor rooms, so the space suits everything from intimate rehearsal dinners and bridal showers to full weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and holiday parties. Formerly known as 1705 East, the venue offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony space, a full-service bar and lounge, in-house tables and chairs, audio-visual packages, and a private bride and groom suite. Its largest room seats up to 200 guests, while a beautifully landscaped outdoor space hosts ceremonies and receptions year round. Catering is provided on-site by Rocky Top Catering, with seasonal, homemade menus built around fresh ingredients, and dedicated event managers guide each celebration from planning through execution.
