Located in the Chelsea area of Boston, this 3,000 sq ft social space is perfect for a variety of events including photo/video shoots, commercials, gatherings, fashion shows, and art shows. With its charming brick walls, hardwood floors, open layout, high ceilings, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural lighting, this hidden gem exudes the elegance of a loft. Equipped with modern amenities, our historic venue is designed to cater to all types of functions. We strive to offer a non-traditional setting, allowing our clients to customize the space according to their unique preferences. While the soaring ceilings and brick walls give off an "industrial chic" vibe on their own, clients have the freedom to transform the space with glitz and glam, rustic elements, romantic lighting, modern designs, whimsical accents, and vintage furniture. The possibilities are endless, as we believe that if you can dream it, we can bring it to life! Capacity: 150 people Although we do not offer kitchen facilities or furniture, we have partnerships with several external vendors who can provide any necessary additional furniture and catering services at an extra expense.
