317 Main Community Music Center

The Founders Hall, built in 2021, was designed by Paul Lewandowski, Principal Architect at Paul Designs Project. This warm and inviting space features exposed cross-laminated timber, a sprung hardwood floor, a raised stage and two double-door load in options. The hall is attached to 317 Main's original building, a historic Italianate-style historic home, located on Main Street in Yarmouth, Maine. This lovely space is perfect for small Weddings, Class Reunions, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Graduation Parties, Anniversaries, Film Screenings, Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Fairs or Expos. Hall rentals come with use of a gallery space on the same level and a small private outdoor garden space.
