Our rental rates vary by date, duration, and event type, but typically start at $2,000 for the Soma Suite, $7,500 for the Pearl Room, $10,000 for the Main Room, and $15,000 for a full buyout. All rentals include staffing, full A/V access, and in-house furniture at no extra cost.
