A Tiny House Resort is a 45-acre family-run destination in South Cairo, New York, nestled in the Catskill Mountains about two hours from New York City. Founded in 2017 by three generations of the same family, the property was transformed from an overgrown waterfront parcel into a one-of-a-kind retreat built around creek life and natural beauty. The setting includes a half-mile of Catskill Creek frontage, an on-site waterfall, a seasonal heated pool, a Makers Art Studio, resident farm animals, and 15 uniquely designed tiny houses. The resort opens its full grounds for private events — small weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone gatherings — with exclusive access to all facilities when the venue is reserved for a private event. Outdoor activities including tubing, kayaking, hiking, and guided goat walks add a distinctive character to any celebration held here.
