Alyeska Resort

Alyeska Resort is a year-round alpine destination resort located in Girdwood, Alaska, approximately 40 miles south of Anchorage in the Chugach Mountains. The Hotel Alyeska — a chateau-style, 299-room property at the base of Mount Alyeska — serves as the anchor for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations set against a backdrop of glaciers, spruce forests, and the waters of Turnagain Arm. The resort offers more than 24,000 square feet of dedicated event space across indoor and outdoor venues. The Columbia Ballroom and Kahiltna Court host receptions of up to 200 and 150 guests respectively, while several outdoor ceremony sites — including the Pond Courtyard, Pond Terrace, and a mountaintop Mountain View location accessed by aerial tram — accommodate gatherings of varying sizes through the summer season. In-house catering, a dedicated events team, and a full suite of resort amenities — including the Alyeska Nordic Spa, saltwater pool, and multiple dining outlets — provide comprehensive support for multi-day celebrations.
