- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- CLIENT shall submit a dated, written request to initiate cancellation. In the event of cancellation by CLIENT, a refund schedule shall apply to all amounts paid, excluding the 50% non-refundable retainer fee used to secure the event date.
