Ameristar Black Hawk Casino Resort Spa

Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is a AAA Four Diamond resort set in the Rocky Mountains of Black Hawk, Colorado, roughly 40 miles west of Denver. Anchored by a 33-story hotel tower with 536 guest rooms and 64 suites, the property pairs full casino gaming with upscale accommodations, four on-site restaurants, the ara Spa, and a rooftop pool overlooking mountain scenery. The resort offers 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space across 15 rooms, making it one of the largest dedicated event facilities in the Black Hawk area. The Summit Ballroom anchors the offering at 5,000 square feet with capacity for up to 400 guests for receptions or 250 for seated dinners. Smaller breakout and boardroom configurations — including the Cliffside, Peaks, and Elevation rooms — accommodate more intimate gatherings from 12 to 120 guests. In-house catering, a dedicated events coordinator, complimentary valet and self-parking, and overnight accommodations round out the resort's event services.
