An Old Town Wedding and Event Center

We are a red-brick house built in the 1940s with nearly a half-acre of lush gardens and fountains. With numerous colors of seasonal flowers, green plants, huge grass areas, and tall, mature trees, we provide a photographer's paradise. We can accommodate up to 275 guests in an outside garden event. Your guests will witness you exchange vows in an elevated, white gazebo at sunset, then sit beneath the stars and enjoy an elegant dinner before dancing the night away on our lighted, covered dance floor. Your cake will be served beneath an illuminated, covered patio with an 8-foot adorned arch, which will make for fantastic photo opportunities. A Peoria family built the property and house in the early 1940s and lived there for many years. From the hardwood floors to the concrete walls, much of the house is still original. A Peoria city council member bought the property in the early 1990s and turned it into Peoria's first Bed and Breakfast. They also held weddings in the gorgeous garden on the side. The property changed hands again in 2006, and it was then transformed into the An Old Wedding and Event Center that you see today. The property has been refurbished to the point where there is no longer a single bed in the house, and the grounds have been expanded to accommodate considerably larger weddings and celebrations. We're always adding new and fascinating plants and experiences, and we're looking forward to fulfilling couples' fantasies for many years to come!
