- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Ceremony fees range from $2,500–$4,000. Crown and Andaz Ballrooms included with F&B minimum. Upper Pool Deck, Lower Pool, Olazul Beach Club House, and Olazul Lawn are priced separately.*
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Complimentary Use of Available Hotel Equipment: - Banquet Rounds - Farm Tables - High and Low cocktail tables - Indoor & Outdoor Chairs - Black/White Linens - White or light wooden Dance Floor
- What is the venue capacity?
- Our ballrooms have a maximum capacity for dinner and dancing of 100 guests or 130 guests for dinner in one room, and dancing in another.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not permit open flames or anything to be adhered to our walls and we require a complete list of all items being brought in as well as approved diagrams to ensure safety and security for all events.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- For outdoor functions the city's noise ordinance restricts events to 10pm. For indoor events it is at the discretion of the hotel.
