- Use of Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat 4000 sf main event venue space, outdoor space, tables, chairs, linens, access to Pike National Forest, AV and projection screen, 2 large screen TVs, plug-ins for sound system, electricity, groom suite, bridal suite, 2 restrooms and shower, bar set up, fireplaces
- What is the venue capacity?
- Maximum of 100 guests
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Deposit required to book venue. For cancellation greater than 180 days, cancellation cost is 25 percent of deposit. From 179 days to 61 days, cost of cancellation is 50 percent of venue rental cost. For 60 days or less to event date, there is no refund.
