Nostalgic 1980's Broadway in the heart of Plano! What's not to love? Are you an artistic individual who loves surrounding themselves with the industry? This is the place for you. We are a 501c3 Non-profit Organization that specializes in competitive rates. We will give you affordability when it comes to events, parties, etc for this venue space. We are a local small business that are for our community.

Venue Pricing
Performance Rental Options 1. Sunday (after 6:00pm) through Thursday till 5:00pm $200.00 for the first 2 hours, $50 per hour for every hour after that - 2 hour minimum 2. Thursday (after 5:00pm) through Sunday till 1:00pm $300.00 for the first 2 hours, $75 per hour for every hour after that - 2 hour minimum. NOTE: Not an optional choice. A ACT Staff member must be present during your production to operate ACT's Technician Booth. Pay for Booth Technician -- $35 for the first 2 hours, $15 every hour after that. Rehearsal Rental Option $30 for a 2 hour block, $15 for each additional hour added to that block. Room Rental Access Offered -- Theatre rentals offer the "theatre space" and "dressing room" only. Extra -- Other rooms and services may be provided at an additional cost, if needed. Extra Services Other services such as front desk help during show, programs, beverage service, ticketing services, etc., can be arranged depending on your needs. Rental Discounts We offer reduced rates for non-profits, churches, and school groups, etc. Please inquire directly with the office if you think your group qualifies for a reduced fee schedule. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- You get access to the Lobby, Bathrooms, Concession Area. More rooms can be added if talked to the executive director: Capys@aol.com
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- No charge to change your date. But we need 1 weeks notice if you plan to do so. There are no refunds for cancellations.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 115 capacity
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- You can bring any decor that can be easily removed. No permanent structures.
