Rentals are determined by a few factors - total length of use including setup & teardown time, number of guests, day of the week, customization of digital content, and use of our full service bar. Pricing is higher on Fridays and Saturdays. Clients may bring in their own rentals and catering services. Hourly rentals for the full venue are available for smaller groups or for those that require less setup, and start at $1,000/hour before 15% admin and 8.25% tax. Cocktail parties, happy hours, or group gatherings that do not require full venue closure are also available. Contact us for a price quote and to put together a custom package.

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- A Full Venue Buyout includes exclusive access to the entire venue including the Lobby, all audience interactives, Cinematic Experiences in the Immersion Gallery, XR bar, Coat check, Catering BOH, as well as, visitor experience staff, & manager on duty.
- What is the venue capacity?
- A full venue buyout can accommodate up to 600 guests cocktail style (throughout), 315 theater style (Immersion Gallery), and 180 seated (Immersion Gallery).
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We do not have on site catering. You are welcome to hire your own caterer. We just require COI on file.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes! We are fully ADA compliant.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes! There is a parking lot in front of the venue with dedicated spaces for our patrons.
