Aster Cafe Events occupies a collection of historic spaces along St. Anthony Main in Minneapolis, with panoramic views of the Mississippi River, the city skyline, and the towering trees that line what the venue describes as "the prettiest street in Minneapolis." The buildings date to the late 1800s, and that history shows in the stone walls, vintage chandeliers, and handmade copper and oak bar that define the interiors. Eight distinct event spaces span a wide range of scale, from intimate preparation suites for five guests to the River Room and Hall of Kings, each accommodating up to 200 for standing receptions. The outdoor Royal Court and the custom Shasta Tent extend the footprint into open air for ceremonies and cocktail hours.
