Rental Space A+B @ 10hrs = $5,000 Site Manager = $500 Clean/Sani = $375 Enviro Fee = $375 Parking Attendants (2) = $475 Parking Lot @ +30 Cars = $275 -- Est Total = $7,000 $500 non-refundable deposit required to hold date. Balances due day of event (or prior). An additional $500 security deposit for overages may be required based on use (this can be a check held at venue) and refunded after booking is complete. Bookings exceeding 10hrs are charged at $275 p/hr (no fractional hours). Bookings exceeding 12am/midnight and no later than 2am require additional fees of $375 p/hr COIs required for event/staging catering and client general liability. We do not provide any staging/decor. Vendors bring what they need. Vendors take home what they bring. No floor or wall decals. No open flame candles. No Smoke/Haze machines. Any alcohol served requires a liscd. bartender. Guests MUST be 21 to consume alcohol. No DIY catering or pot luck dinners. No smoking on property.
