Averill's Flathead Lake Lodge

Averill's Flathead Lake Lodge is an all-inclusive dude ranch and destination event venue set on nearly 2,000 acres along the shores of Flathead Lake in Bigfork, Montana. Founded by Les Averill in 1945 and now operated by the third generation of the Averill family, the property has welcomed guests, reunions, and celebrations for over 75 years. The lodge offers full ranch buyouts for destination weddings — available Thursday through Sunday in May, June, September, and October — as well as corporate retreats, family reunions, and special events. Couples and groups choose from multiple ceremony and reception sites across the property, with custom menus crafted by the executive chef from local and seasonal ingredients. All-inclusive packages bring the full ranch experience to event guests: horseback riding, sailing on Flathead Lake, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and dedicated children's programming. Accommodations range from rooms in the historic South Lodge — a 1930s-era log building — to multi-bedroom cabins and suites, with airport shuttle service available from Glacier Park International Airport, a scenic 30-minute drive away.
