It’s the story of two French entrepreneurs, Rémi Laba and Aymeric Clemente, who met in New York City in the early 2000’s and decided to join forces to open the first Bagatelle in the City. Drawing on their respective experiences in the hospitality industry, the duo imagined a place celebrating the South of France’s festive spirit, generous cuisine and friendly atmosphere. Julienne Brovenick
Director of EventsMy love for events started when I was a kid helping my parents plan all of our family events. In college I had a specialized major in Special Events and loved every second of it. I then moved to the Big Apple straight after graduating. I have been in the events and hospitality industry for 15 years. I started my career planning weddings and then moved to the restaurant venue side and haven’t looked back! I have been with the Bagatelle Group now for 7 years overseeing multiple locations all over.
