Bagsby Ranch

Bagsby Ranch is a farm and full-service event venue set on Sumner County's Northwest Ridge in Gallatin, Tennessee, just three minutes from State Route 386 between Hendersonville and Gallatin and about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. The 1,000-acre property is hidden from the bustle of the city, with a year-round sweet breeze and views that make it a favorite backdrop for wedding and event photography. At the heart of the venue is a 10,000-square-foot, air-conditioned agricultural event center with hardwood floors, twin curved staircases leading to a balcony overlooking the barn, and 8-foot-wide chandeliers that pair rustic charm with modern polish. A three-acre lake with a 30-foot fountain and a dockside ceremony site adds an outdoor option alongside multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. The venue accommodates more than 400 guests and comes equipped with tables and Chiavari chairs, a PA system and soundboard, and a bridal suite and groom's quarters for wedding-day prep. Bagsby Ranch has hosted weddings, corporate events, and parties since 2006, and couples and planners are free to bring in their own vendors. The property is ADA accessible and open year-round, offering settings that range from elegant and formal to down-home country.
