- What is the venue capacity?
- The South Pacific Room can seat 200 people and includes a dance floor and built in bar. The Hawaiian Village can accommodate 160 people with room for a dance floor and can seat additional guests with tables set-up around the periphery for up to 220 guests.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The food and beverage minimum will vary based on the day, date and time of the event. Please contact our Banquets Department for our current menus and pricing.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We have a preferred vendor list, however you are not required to use our vendors. Bali Hai will need a list of all vendors who will be on property for your event and we will require certificates of insurance for all vendors providing services on property.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Our Hawaiian Village has a hard end time of 10pm due to the sound ordinance on the marina. Our South Pacific Room can host later events past 10pm.
