After years of working in New York’s restaurant industry, chef-owners Chris Ng (Blue Ribbon) and Kyaw Lin (Shmoné) have teamed up for Bananas, fusing Asian classics and technique with Western flavor. Think chopped cheese krapow, shrimp tempura alfredo, and étouffée wontons. Our drink menu includes beer, wine, sake, soju, and soju based cocktails.
