Baylor Club

Set in the heart of McLane Stadium, the Baylor Club is one of the few private clubs in the nation located on a university campus. Its spaces look out over Baylor's campus, John Eddie Williams Field, and Downtown Waco through floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor balconies, giving events a backdrop that few venues in the region can match. The club offers a wide range of private event spaces suited to nearly any occasion, from intimate gatherings of a few guests to weddings, galas, and conferences for several hundred. The Ballroom, with its 40-foot ceilings and built-in audio/visual capabilities, anchors the collection, while smaller lounges, suites, and open-air settings suit business meetings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, and milestone celebrations. For truly one-of-a-kind events, the club can even open up the football field itself. Dining is central to the experience. An executive chef leads an in-house culinary program built around creative, seasonally driven menus and local ingredients, and a team of event professionals guides planning from first tour through event day.
