The inn's simple accommodations, perched at the Vineyard Sound since 1950, provide a quiet respite and the stillness of up-island living. In the 350-year-old fishing village of Menemsha, a path winding past our chickens leads down to the beach. Rooms, private cottages, and houses are among the lodging options. Our sweeping lawns, vivid gardens, and thirty acres of working waterfront farm, which overlook the Vineyard Sound and Menemsha Harbor, are framed every evening by the beautiful sight of the sun dropping into the sea.
