Beans and Greens Pavilion

Timber Hill Farm is a family-operated farm-to-table wedding and event venue in Gilford, New Hampshire, in the heart of the Lakes Region. The farm has been in agricultural production for nearly 250 years, with the Howe family stewarding the land for two generations. Andy Howe established the Beans & Greens Farm Stand on the property in 1989, and in 2015, his son Isaac and wife Jennifer launched the farm's weddings and events program centered around the newly completed Howe Barn. The Howe Barn is a timber-framed structure built from white pine harvested and milled on-site, featuring an open-concept hammer-beam design with no interior posts. It accommodates up to 180 guests and opens to panoramic views of Lake Winnipesaukee and New Hampshire's Presidential Range. The venue hosts one event per week, ensuring each gathering has dedicated access to the property for setup, the event, and breakdown. Farm-to-table catering draws on seasonal meat and produce grown on-site through Forsyth Family Farm. A curated collection of rustic décor — The Wedding Pantry — is available for couples to borrow. The Howe family farmlands are protected by a conservation easement, preserving the working landscape that surrounds every celebration.
