Bear Creek Lodge

Bear Creek Lodge is a private mountain retreat set on 65 acres outside McCall, Idaho, bordered by the Payette National Forest. The property hosts weddings, group reunions, and private events in a natural setting that includes rolling lawns, a heart-shaped pond with fountain, a gazebo, and a large fire pit. The lodge building spans 5,000 square feet across two event floors and a wraparound deck. Indoor spaces can accommodate gatherings from 50 to 200 guests, and the surrounding grounds provide multiple outdoor ceremony sites. Exclusive use of the entire property is available for weddings, including overnight accommodations for up to 50 guests across lodge rooms, duplex cabins, and two family cabins. The property is equipped with WiFi, a media room with a 15-foot screen, a commercial kitchen, and a game room. On-site parking is complimentary. Bear Creek Lodge is available year-round and works with couples and planners to connect them with local catering and coordination vendors.
