Belfair

Belfair is a gated golf community in Bluffton, South Carolina, set in the heart of the Lowcountry along a half-mile, oak-lined entrance drive with dramatic marsh, river views, and secluded wetlands surrounding Hidden Lake. The setting blends old Southern tradition with contemporary luxury, and Belfair's private events directors assist with every detail, from food and decor to entertainment, for weddings, rehearsal dinners, business meetings, board retreats, and birthday celebrations. For weddings, couples can hold a ceremony under the Avenue of the Oaks or in the formal gardens, followed by a reception for up to 200 guests and a farewell brunch overlooking the water. Luxury cottages on the property allow guests to stay within the gates for the full weekend. Belfair also hosts a year-round social calendar of wine dinners, seasonal parties, dances, summer barbecues, and holiday events, reflecting the work of its hospitality staff.
