- What is the venue capacity?
- Belmont Country Club accommodates a maximum of 230 guests for your wedding ceremony and reception and 250 guests for corporate events.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Please note that decor may not be affixed to the walls of the facility. Restricted decor includes: loose glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, fireworks, sparklers, and open flames without a vase.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- Yes, Belmont Country Club has a preferred vendor list which is shared to you after booking, or upon request.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Belmont Country Club has three Private Event Specialists to assist with event logistics and formalities.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Open flames have to be covered with a hurricane as a preventative measure to protect our historic property. There can be nothing fastened to the ceiling or walls unless it is done by a licensed, insured vendor and approved by our Event Sales Director.
