Best Western Plus SteepleGate Inn

Best Western Plus SteepleGate Inn is a full-service hotel event venue in Davenport, Iowa, set minutes from the Mississippi River and well-positioned for guests traveling across the Quad Cities. With more than 8,200 square feet of meeting and event space spread across six dedicated rooms, the property accommodates both large celebrations and more intimate gatherings. The Williamsburg Ballroom is the inn's signature event space, a 3,737-square-foot room with a built-in dance floor, chandelier lighting, and carpeted finishes suited to seated receptions of up to 400 guests. For outdoor occasions, the Courtyard offers a wooden deck surrounded by mature trees and manicured lawns — a natural setting for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The hotel also features the Symposium, Hampton, and Executive Meeting rooms for smaller events and breakout functions. On-site catering and bar service are available for all events, and a dedicated event director supports planning from first inquiry through the day itself. Over 100 guest rooms allow wedding parties and attendees to stay on property. The Prairie Grille restaurant rounds out the amenities for guests before and after events.
