MOSO Events is named after the mother-and-son partnership of Julie and Kevin Ballentyne, who founded the company. In their bloodlines is a passion for event planning and bringing people together to celebrate, as well as a family oriented approach to working with each and every customer. When they first laid eyes on the Gin in 2018, it was love at first sight for them. The Cotton Gin, which has been in operation for 70 years, is rich with history, character, and potential. When the renovations were done, and the first event was hosted in 2019, their goal became a reality. Julie and Kevin combined their passion for events with their love for one another to create a venue for everyone to enjoy.
