Biloxi Civic Center

The Biloxi Civic Center is a large-scale municipal event venue located at 578 Howard Ave. in Biloxi, Mississippi, operated by the City of Biloxi Parks and Recreation Department. Opened in July 2011, the facility was built in the Spanish Colonial Revival style — an architectural nod to Biloxi's storied hotel heritage — with grand arcades and open courtyards connecting the grounds to the adjacent Biloxi Public Library. At the center of the facility is a 15,214-square-foot ballroom rising to a 29.5-foot ceiling, with a full stage, mezzanine, second-floor balcony, dressing rooms, and a green room. The ballroom accommodates up to 2,500 guests and can be subdivided into four separate meeting rooms for smaller gatherings. A large catering kitchen and a state-of-the-art audiovisual system support events ranging from conferences and reunions to weddings, Mardi Gras balls, and performing arts productions. An elevator and accessible features serve the full facility.
