- What is the payment schedule?
- The initial deposit is $1,000. A $3,000 payment is due 90 days after the deposit, 50% of the remaining balance is due 90 days before the event, and final payment is required at the ten-day planning meeting. All payments are non-refundable.
- How do I make payments?
- Payments are accepted by cash, personal check, bank check, or major credit card. Clients who choose to pay by credit card forfeit a 3% cash discount.
- Is there a minimum guest count for the venues?
- There are no minimum guest counts, but ballrooms have minimum food and beverage spends. The Conservatory requires $14,000 (Friday/Sunday) or $15,000 (Saturday); the Columbia requires $17,000 (Friday/Sunday) or $19,000 (Saturday), prior to tax.
- When do I bring in my favors, place cards, and other items?
- Items may be dropped off one or two days before the event, organized in alphabetical order. If additional setup is needed, there may be a charge of $75 per hour per staff member.
- When is my final head count due?
- The guaranteed guest count is due 10 days prior to the event, including meal selections and any dietary restrictions for plated meals.
