- We have seasonal pricing that varies from $3k-$11k depending on the length of your event and the day of the week and time of year.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Everything needed to throw an event! Food and beverage minimum, room fee, gratuity, sales tax, and deposit.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- 11 PM
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- If the Event is canceled prior to 90 days of the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Please contact Niko for information about the cancellation policy within 90 days.
