- What event areas are available at the venue?
- There are 3 event areas at Bloom Carneros, which may be used independently, or collectively. - The WineGarden: 100' sycamore trees and pergola, up to 130 guests. - The Lounge: pergola, bar, lounge chairs, fire pits, up to 30 guests. - The Patio: covered bar and dining, fire pits, up to 50 guests.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- There are 3 service areas, which can be used separately or collectively based on group size: the Patio, the Lounge, and the WineGarden. Facility tables, chairs, glassware, china, flatware, napkins, string lights, fire pits, all service labor, up to 2-hours of setup time.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- $1000 per hour, or Maximum $10,000 for a full day buyout. Non-exclusive events under 50 guests do not require site fees. Rented Port-o-John's are required for events over 100 guests (add $2500)
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Wine, beer and low ABV cocktails are allowed. Bloom Carneros is home to Kivelstadt Cellars winery as our in-house purveyor. Our license allows for outside wines with corkage fees.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes - Bloom Carneros Restaurant culinary services, pricing based on menu selection. Kitchen buyout fee $4000 for approved caterers.
