Border Grill at Mandalay Bay

Border Grill at Mandalay Bay brings Modern Mexican cuisine from James Beard Award-winning chefs Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger to Las Vegas. The restaurant occupies two stories and 9,100 square feet of flexible dining space within the Mandalay Bay resort, featuring colorful murals throughout and views of Mandalay Bay Beach from the upstairs Cantina Patio. Private events range from intimate gatherings in one of three individually bookable downstairs dining rooms to full-venue buyouts accommodating up to 800 guests. Upstairs, the Main Dining Room and Cantina Patio can be combined or reserved separately. The kitchen supports sit-down dinners, buffets, and cocktail receptions with tray-passed hors d'oeuvres — suited to birthdays, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. Private event menus are available, and off-site catering is an option.
