Box of Moonlight is a 4,300-square-foot industrial venue located in the heart of Bushwick, blending historic warehouse character with flexible event functionality. The space features exposed brick walls, steel columns, concrete floors, and high ceilings, creating a dramatic setting for celebrations, brand activations, fashion shows, photo shoots, and live gatherings. The main warehouse includes a wooden stage and brick bar, while additional rooms and a large entry hall provide natural flow for guests, prep areas, or creative installations. Movable set pieces and lighting options allow hosts to shape the atmosphere to match their vision, whether minimalist or immersive. With five bathrooms, strong HVAC, and adaptable layouts, Box of Moonlight is designed to support both intimate gatherings and larger-scale experiences, offering a distinctive industrial aesthetic that feels unmistakably Brooklyn.

- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- A: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Cancellations made more than 7 days before entry receive a full refund of payments made. Within 7 days, the rental must be paid in full and is eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of entry are non-refundable.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, we have speakers, microphones, a video projector, lights, fog machines, and more.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Weekdays before 6pm: $90 per hour Weekdays after 6pm: $100 per hour Saturdays before 6pm and Sundays: $110 per hour Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 6am: $120 per hour Our capacity fees run from $5 per hour to $50 per hour, depending on your amount of attendees.
- What is the venue capacity?
- As of February 2026, our max capacity is 150, but we may expand this in the future.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- As of February 2026, we end the public portion of our events at 2:30am and tend to close the venue around 3:00am, but we may extend this later in the future.
