HISTORY OF THE VENUE The Brake & Clutch building was constructed in the 1930s and served as the home of Brake & Clutch Service Co. for many years before closing in the 1980s. It stood empty for years, waiting to be converted into the space it is now! The venue, which launched in 2017, is run by a mother and two children who designed it expressly for special gatherings. The towering ceilings, industrial atmosphere, and high-end finish lend themselves to basic and elegant styles, as well as anything in between. This 1930s warehouse, located just outside of downtown Dallas on the outskirts of Deep Ellum, is the ideal location for your next event. We preserved the name and the original character throughout the space because it was previously known as Brake & Clutch Service Company. It has been completely transformed into a wedding and event facility. Beautiful lighting, furnishings, and accents have been used to bring exposed brick, concrete floors, and wooden beams to life. Every room has been meticulously planned and arranged to provide the best possible environment for you and your guests. The venue was founded in August 2017 and is owned and run by a family. Our sole caterer is CN Catering. Our entrance is on Exposition, near the elephant painting, on the extreme end of Deep Ellum on Main Street & Exposition! TWO SPACIOUS EVENT ROOMS FOR CUSTOM DESIGN ARE INCLUDED. You can have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in the same place. WITH A BAND, CELEBRATION (FLIP), AND DANCE FLOOR, THE MAXIMUM SEATING IS 320 GUESTS. ACCESS TO RECEPTION AND CEREMONY SPACE FROM THE OUTDOOR PATIO. WINE BARRESLS, SATELLITE BARS, ROUND TABLES, FARM TABLES, CROSS BACK CHAIRS TWO PRIVATE SUITES - With access to get ready on the day of the event during set up hours.
