What is the venue capacity?
Up to 20 people seated together at conference tables placed side-by-side OR 40 people seated at separate tables OR 75 people, standing/cocktail.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Prices start at $100/hr for meetings or workshops ; up to $250/hr for larger events (parties, showers, micro-weddings, etc) or media productions (photo/video shoots). Prices vary weekdays vs weekends.
Does the venue have a liquor license?
Not yet (working on it). We allow guests can bring their own alcohol, but beer, wine, and seltzers only. Liquor must be served by a licensed vendor hired by the guest.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?
Yes, venue is open 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, there are ADA parking spaces in the front of the building, with a ramp from the sidewalk up to our front door. Our bathrooms are ADA accessible.
