Bub's Irish Pub occupies a historic site in Germantown, Wisconsin that has served as a gathering place since the late 1890s, when the building operated as a dance hall and saloon; bowling lanes were added in the early 1900s and a banquet hall followed in the 1940s. Known through the years as The Town Bowl and later Cactus Cantina & Desert Bowl, the space became Bub's Irish Pub in 2003 and carries on the tradition of live music and community gatherings.
The pub offers several private and semi-private spaces for events, including the Guinness Snug Room, Smithwick's Bar Area, Main Stage Bar Area, and Irish Festival Hall, and can host receptions for up to 550 guests across the full venue. Each space comes with access to a private or semi-private bar, big-screen TVs, and Bub's in-house live music and entertainment, including live bands, DJs, and a professional sound and lighting system. Diamond pool tables and darts are also available on-site.
Located just outside Milwaukee, Bub's Irish Pub hosts weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, birthdays, and other private celebrations for guests from Milwaukee, Germantown, Menomonee Falls, and the surrounding area.
