Camelot Ranch

Camelot Ranch is an 8,400-square-foot barn and event venue set on 20 acres between Laurel and Billings, Montana, hosting weddings and celebrations since 2017. The property blends rustic Montana character with upscale amenities — a fireplace, built-in bar, full catering kitchen, and expansive grounds featuring serene ponds, mature landscaping, and rolling hills. The main barn's Great Room accommodates up to 300 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and private celebrations. The venue includes a bridal loft suite with kitchenette and salon chairs, a groom's lounge, and a covered patio. Multiple outdoor ceremony sites — including a dock and pavilion area — take advantage of the surrounding landscape. Rentals include tables and chairs for all 300 guests, and the venue welcomes outside caterers alongside its exclusive bar partner. An in-house day-of coordination team and a design partnership with Gathered & Found Design make Camelot Ranch a full-service option for events of every style.
