Camp Hosea

Tucked away in Anderson, Texas, Camp Hosea offers a genuinely quiet countryside escape, studded with oak trees and removed from the hustle of nearby cities. This chapel-centered event venue centers around a bell-tower chapel framed by wrought-iron doors imported from Spain, paired with classic wooden pews and a restrained natural palette that lets light wood floors and a neutral brick wall serve as a timeless backdrop for any program. Cocktail hour spills into an outdoor courtyard adorned with string lights and a pond view, complete with an outdoor bar for guests to sip signature drinks under the wide Texas sky. Guests then move into a glass-walled reception hall, where vaulted ceilings, brick walls, and oversized wrought-iron chandeliers create a romantic mood as a dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings the outdoors in. Two distinct suites support event-day logistics: a luxurious Primary Suite with hair and makeup counters for hosts or VIPs, and a two-story Secondary Suite complete with a poker table, ping pong table, and TV for a relaxed lounge experience. With room for up to 300 guests, Camp Hosea offers a rare kind of quiet, elevated setting for weddings, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations alike, far from the noise of everywhere else.
