Carmine's Las Vegas is a Southern Italian family-style restaurant set within the Forum Shops at Caesars Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The two-level, 28,000-square-foot restaurant features abundant vintage detailing, three full-service mahogany bars, and a grand staircase connecting the floors — making it a distinctive setting for private events of every scale. Four dedicated dining rooms scale from intimate to expansive. The Piccolo seats 30 with vintage chandeliers and wood-paneled walls; the Terrazza accommodates up to 56 from a balcony overlooking the Strip; the Rotondo seats 84 beneath 40-foot ceilings with its own private mahogany bar; and the Ritrivo — the restaurant's largest private space — hosts up to 260 seated or 300 for a cocktail reception. For the grandest occasions, a full restaurant buyout accommodates 700 seated or 1,000 or more for a standing reception. All private rooms are equipped with WiFi, a 52-inch television, and a house music system.
