Carol's Dollar Lodge at Sun Valley Resort

Carol's Dollar Lodge sits at the base of Dollar Mountain within Sun Valley Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho, approximately half a mile from the main resort village. The lodge combines exposed log construction, floor-to-ceiling windows, rustic carved chandeliers, and dramatic vaulted ceilings with an expansive lawn and outdoor patio featuring a fire pit — all set against panoramic views of Bald Mountain and the Pioneer and Boulder ranges. The space accommodates up to 90 guests and is available year-round for weddings and private events. During the winter ski season, from Thanksgiving through early April, events begin after 7pm. The lodge includes a dance floor, stage, and on-site parking, and Sun Valley Resort's dedicated weddings team provides catering coordination, menu selection, and full event planning support through execution.
