Carolina Brewery- Pittsboro

Carolina Brewery opened its Pittsboro brewpub and full production brewery in 2007, following the success of its original Chapel Hill location. The Pittsboro facility brews, cans, and kegs beers distributed throughout North and South Carolina, pairing its house-made lineup with a scratch kitchen built on local sourcing — beef from Lilly Den Farm raised on the brewery's own specialty grains, breads from The Bread Shop, and cheeses from Chapel Hill Creamery. Beyond the dining room, the brewpub features a large patio where it hosts regular events, and its team handles private events and catering for groups. The combination of an on-site brewery, a locally sourced menu, and flexible event space makes it a relaxed setting for celebrations, gatherings, and private parties in Chatham County.
