Carroll Mansion is a Federal-era historic house museum in Baltimore's Jonestown neighborhood, four blocks east of the Inner Harbor. Built around 1811, the mansion served as the winter residence of Charles Carroll of Carrollton, the last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence. Carroll Museums, Inc. has operated and restored the property since 2002, welcoming private events alongside museum programming. The mansion's second floor houses three connected rooms — the Drawing Room, Dining Room, and Parlor — with 18-foot ceilings, a spiral staircase, and ornate chandeliers. Together, the three-room suite accommodates up to 80 guests for seated dinners or 150 for standing receptions. From May through September, the Garden Courtyard offers an outdoor option with surrounding gardens and an elevated porch, seating up to 130 guests. The intimate scale makes the mansion a particularly fitting setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, private celebrations, and corporate gatherings.
